Hanover SNAP is Proud to Share a New Partnership with ASD Fit Boston 3/15/24
Adaptive Movement and Fitness Group is brought to you by ASD Fit Boston. ASD Fit Boston leads the adaptive fitness community on the South Shore and surrounding areas. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate in fitness and exercise groups in a fun and safe environment. With a positive atmosphere centered around adaptive movement patterns, we build on existing skills and utilize gameplay strategies to show that exercise can be fun. We strive to build confidence and bring awareness to the importance of exercise. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment that develops skills our individuals can carry throughout their lives while also having fun.
More About the Program
Bringing this program to Hanover has been a very important goal of Hanover SNAP. This would not have been possible without the partnership we have with our Town Manager and his determination to help us bring more accessible programs to Hanover. The plan is for these classes to run eight weeks on and one week off year-round!
- Event: ASD Fit Boston Group Fitness Program (Ages 12-22)
- Date: Every Wednesday, March 20, 2024, to May 8, 2024, from 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm (space is limited, and a 6:45 pm class will be added if needed)
